I am a vastly experienced Human Resources Professional, Coach, Advisor, Consultant and Solutions Provider with over 20 years of progressive and extensive HR Management and Consulting experience from both Local and Global HR angles.

Enife is the Regional Head, Middle East Africa for TRANSEARCH International, a leading global Executive search group.
She also serves oversees Human Leadership Resources, a leading HR development firm that offers the full spectrum of HR Solutions to Market leaders across Africa.
As an International Executive Search and Leadership Development consultant with experience spanning across Africa, Europe and the United States of America, she has filled over 300 senior level roles across Africa.
Enife has worked with Market Leader Organizations to design and deliver several Leadership development initiatives at various levels.
She has been involved in high level board strategy planning and key stakeholders’ engagement.
Prior to this, she served as Managing Consultant (CEO) of Kimberly Ryan from 2002-2011.
Through expert and enduring solutions to clients, Enife built the brand into its current position of leadership.
Her experience has spanned the plethora of clients she has partnered through the course of delivering solutions; gaining valuable perspectives.
Her passion lies in developing leaders at all levels as an essential line of sight to realizing Organizational goals.
Most of her work has employed this perspective in the Design, Deployment & Implementation of Human Resources Solutions.
Enife has been involved in the design and implementation of various Recruitments, Assessments and Selection processes for the past 16 years.
She has acted in the role of Designer and lead professional Assessor for various local and multinational organizations.
Beyond filling CEO roles, she has also been involved in coordinating assessment center for companies like HP, IBM, and Microsoft.
Enife has coordinated and attended several training seminars and workshops all over the globe and facilitated several courses locally and internationally.
She has also moderated several strategies and visioning sessions and presented papers on the international scene.
Her experience spans from Organizational Performance Management Systems, Work Force Development Issues, Human Resource Strategies within Organizations, HR Policies and Structure Design as well Compensation & Rewards Structures.
Enife Atobiloye holds a Masters in Organizational Performance from the Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelors’ degree in English.
She also holds a Certificate of Competence from the British Psychological Society (Level A & B Intermediate).
Enife is the first African certified as a Global Practitioner in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certificate Institute (SHRM).
